Iran is willing to resume nuclear discussions with Washington on condition that it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared only diplomacy was effective, and shared new appeals had come from intermediaries to resume talks with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Tehran could not yet allow the global atomic watchdog to access attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Walking a Difficult Path
